Cleaning most wall to wall carpet is pretty straight forward.  Some rugs can be cleaned in home with truckmount hot water extraction.  But properly cleaning oriental and area rugs is different.  It requires different training, cleaning solutions and equipment.

The rug ripples after cleaning

Hard surface floors can be damaged from overspray or tools scratching them.

You use a solution that works great on carpet but bleaches color out of natural fibers. 

You clean the rug but tool marks or nap differences are left behind.

You are responsible for:

Preinspection – Visit our preexisting conditons page to learn what to be on the look out for.   Understanding the limitations of what can be done with tufted rugs without delaminating them. 

Communication – We can coach you on what to ask and say, but are not responsible for communicating directly with your client. 

Transportation – You bring the rug to our facility and pick it up when done. 

Payment COD – Payment is required before rugs can be picked up.  Payment by check or we can have your bank ACH on file.  We can process a credit card with additonal 3% fee.

Any tags that you attach to identify which rugs belong to which customer, must be tyveck.  We can provide you with some blank tyveck tags.  You can attach with a tagging gun or thin strand of metal. Paper tags will fall apart and if they have color it may run onto the rug. 

All rugs with pet urine receive additional deodorization step 

All repairs are quoted in plant.  All rugs that are repaired must also be cleaned by us prior to repair.

Typical turnaround time for cleaning is approximately 2 weeks.  During our busy season (May-December) and/or if your rug has challenging stains to remove or repairs to complete, it may take longer.  If your rug needs returned sooner than 2 weeks, a rush fee may apply.
