Pre-Existing Conditions

Many hand-made rugs have unique characteristics that are specific to that type of rug.  

The following list contains detailed descriptions of various pre-existing conditions that are common to many different rugs.  When your rug is inspected at Distinctive’s rug cleaning facility, if these conditions are found, they will be noted and cared for properly.
